Exceptions:

• Event Cancellation by North Woods Tours & Events: In the rare event that we must cancel a tour, event, or workshop, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your purchase to a future date or offering of equal value.

• Extreme Circumstances: In cases of severe weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control that significantly impact the scheduled activity, we may offer refunds or rescheduling options at our discretion.

Please note:

• Ticket Transfers: While we cannot offer refunds, you may be able to transfer your ticket or reservation to another person if you are unable to attend. Please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity to inquire about transfer options.

• Gift Certificates & Vouchers: Gift certificates and vouchers purchased from North Woods Tours & Events are also non-refundable.
